A new event on our Open Garden calendar this year.
Matson Ground boasts 2 acres of mature, south facing gardens.
A good mix of formal and informal planting inc topiary features, herbaceous and shrub borders, wildflower areas, stream leading to a large pond and developing arboretum. Rose garden, rockery and topiary terrace borders.
A productive walled kitchen garden c1862, a wide assortment of fruit, vegetables, cut flowers, cobnuts and herbs and a greenhouse.

Admission: £6.50 including drink and a biscuit (under 10’s free). No need to book, you can just turn up.
Well behaved dogs on lead welcome.
