The Inpatient Unit
Our in-patient unit has a mixture of single rooms with en-suite toilets and showers, four bedded bays and a twin bedded bay, giving twenty beds in a range of choices to suit patients needs and comfort. The single rooms have just been newly refurbished and we hope to be starting on the open ward areas soon.
The ward areas have views out to our beautiful gardens, and we have our Garden Room at the end of the ward where patients and visitors can enjoy the pleasures of the gardens without having to venture outside.
Our caring staff provide a full range of holistic care for all our in-patients, everyone plays a vital role, wether they be a doctor, cook, nurse, therapist or cleaner.
As well as looking after our our in-patients we also can provide over-night accommodation in the single rooms with pull down beds and we have a twin room just a short distance from the ward in which family members can stay over night.
Visiting times are generally from 11 am to 8.30 pm, but we are always willing to accept visiting outside these hours if people have come a long way or find these hours inconvenient.
Please note that during the refurbishment, our bed numbers are temporarily
reduced from 20 to 14, and normal visiting hours are restricted a little -
please call us (01524 382538) if you require further information.
